Annual Homeowner's Meeting

A MESSAGE FROM YOUR CHADDS LAKE PRESIDENT……………..
The Chadds Lake annual HOA meeting for fiscal year 2010-2011 has been set.
Date: March 28th 2010
Place: La Salette Hall (St. Ann’s Church)
Time: 3pm-5pm
We have accomplished a lot this past year, but have a lot still on our plate as we move toward the ’10 -‘11 fiscal year. I will be providing you with an agenda for the upcoming meeting as we get closer to the date, along with forecasted budget that you may vote via proxy (if needed). But, I highly recommend at least 1 adult from your household attend the meeting to clearly understand all of the great things happening within our community. The Board will provide a “State of Chadds Lake” during the meeting.
We will not be submitting a “slate of officers” for you to vote upon as representatives to serve on the Chadds Lake Board; rather, because of your requests, we will repeat last year’s process of having an “open ballot” during the meeting as it brought a more open, democratic stance to the election of your Board.
That said, please let us know if you would like to actively serve your community by volunteering some of your time as a Chadds Lake Board member. Here is a listing of the Board positions:

If you would like more information regarding the “role” of a particular Board “seat”, please call your neighbor who is presently in that position as listed above, or call me anytime. The names of anyone who seeks to serve on the board will be included on a ballot that will be presented at the Board meeting. We will also take nominations from the floor as well, BUT NO PROXY votes will be allowed for the voting of the new Board.
