2010 Annual Meeting Announcement

I am happy to announce our upcoming Annual HOA meeting
Date/Time: Sunday, March 28th 2010 at 3pm
Place: La Salette Hall across from St. Ann’s Catholic Church
We will be reviewing this past years accomplishments, review our financial status, review and request your approval for our 2010-11 forecasted budget, and select the 2010-11 Board members.

Attachments:
1. The Board approved 2010-11 budget (including 2009 through 2013 view)
2. A Proxy ballot for those of you who cannot attend the Annual meeting
3. A letter from me along with listing of accomplishments, considerations for you as you review the suggested budget.
4. A listing of your fellow homeowners who have requested to serve on your board.
NOTE: IF you are utilizing the Proxy ballot for your vote regarding the budget, you MUST have the SIGNED copy in Tom Coffin’s possession PRIOR to the meeting.
You must attend the meeting to participate in the election of your 2010-2011 Board.
